- Actian Corporation v. ElectrifAi, LLC (San Francisco, Northern District of California, filed July 2020). Represent plaintiff in a breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, and copyright infringement action involving database software.
- Dale Tiffany v. Meyda Stained Glass, LLC (Los Angeles, Central District of California, filed January 2017). Represented defendant in copyright infringement action involving design of lighting products.
- DosSantos v. Wonderful Merchandise Group (Los Angeles, Central District of California, filed July 2016). Represented defendant in copyright infringement action involving photography for advertising.
- Infogroup, Inc. v. Gupta et al. (Omaha, District of Nebraska, filed February 2014). Represented plaintiff in a copyright infringement action involving database software, ultimately resulting in a $50 million judgment against the defendant.*
- Adobe Systems Incorporated v. Applian Tech., Inc. (San Francisco, Northern District of California, filed January 2009). Represented plaintiff in a copyright infringement action involving streaming video and audio distribution software.*
- Veritas Operating Corp. v. Microsoft Corp. (Seattle, District of Washington, filed May 2006). Represented plaintiff in a trade secret misappropriation, patent and copyright infringement action involving data storage software.
